Seller had an issue with the availability of the colour i'd initially ordered but contacted me early enough to provide options on whether to select another colour, wait or have a refund. I received my nurses pen set in the time frame given but the set I got had two of the same pens in the package. I emailed them and I had a reply on the next business day. Wow, I was impressed with their quick reply and even more impressed that they said they had already arranged for a new penset to be delivered. The new and correct penset arrived shortly after. I��m thrilled with how this ornament turned out. This Christmas we��re celebrating our first grandchild so I wanted an ornament for our family tree separate from ones I got our daughter, and the baby. The quality is so nice, it��s actually heavier than you would think, but still very delicate looking. Just perfect.
